Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Cold Calling Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to conduct outbound calls to potential property sellers, identify motivated leads, and schedule follow-up appointments for our acquisitions team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who excel in communication, and persuasion, can handle objections, and thrive in a performance-based environment.

Compensation: $20 hourly, Plus 1%-2% Commission closed sale. Potential to make $75,000 yearly

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to homeowners, landlords, and distressed property owners using company-provided scripts.
• Qualify potential sellers by gathering relevant information regarding their property, motivation, and selling timeline.
• Build rapport with prospects and handle objections professionally.
• Accurately record lead details and interactions in the CRM system.
• Follow up on leads through phone calls, emails, and text messages as needed.
• Work closely with the acquisitions team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads.
• Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly performance targets.
• Stay up to date on market trends and real estate industry insights.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales (real estate experience is a plus but not required).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle objections and remain persistent without being pushy.
• Able to handle resistance & rejection from leads
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and data entry.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment if remote.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to industry trends and company strategies.
