This role is onsite in Basra, Iraq with Travel Requirement.

Key Objectives
The Senior Inventory Management Analyst will monitor and control the level of Inventory being stored in the warehouse, reasonably using various Material Analysis, Stock Control Techniques and Material Management system. Activities include:
- Plans and supervises inventory control activities in the field, ensuring that stock items are kept at economic levels consistent with operational objectives, that procedures are developed and updated for the amendment of stock levels in line with changing conditions and that requisition processing activities are carried out in accordance with written procedures.
- Establish reorder points (ROP), economic order quantities, and other key parameters and indicators for materials management based on annual consumption and lead times with users. and Review them periodically to ensure that quantities are kept at the optimum levels.
- Review users' departmental procurement requisitions (PRs), assess the reasonableness of procurement quantities based on actual consumption analysis, and ensure inventory levels are maintained at optimal levels.
- Establish and maintain a software system for material parameters such as stock optimization tool.
- Plan and execute the cycle Count and annual count Process for complying with regulations.
- Work out consumption plans for aging materials in coordination with user departments.
- Prepare inventory analysis reports as well as other monthly and annual statements
QUALIFICATIONS
Skills/Knowledge Developed
- Good interpersonal & communication skills (oral and written)
- Strong analytical skills
- Professional computer skills (Microsoft office, Maximo, ERP, etc.)
- Strong experience with data analysis

Expected:
- Bachler's degree in Data Analyst or computer science (or equivalent)
- 10 years or more of experience in materials management or procurement for petroleum projects
- Experience in independent developing materials management systems, e.g. SAP/ C#ASP.NET/ EOQ /MIN-MAX
- Fluent written and spoken English.
