This position reports to

Team Lead

Your role and responsibilities

Identifying suitable funding programs at the national and European level, with a primary focus on Austrian funding opportunities (e.g., FFG, aws, KPC). Furthermore: • Providing strategic advice to internal departments on optimizing funding opportunities. • Preparing and coordinating funding applications in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. • Administrative support and project coordination throughout the entire funding process - from application and fund utilization to reporting. • Expanding international funding expertise, particularly in relation to EU funding programs (e.g., Horizon Europe).

Qualifications for the role

• Experience in funding management, ideally with a focus on R&D funding in Austria.
• Knowledge of national funding institutions and their programs, with an interest in international funding opportunities.
• Analytical thinking, structured working style, and strong communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration and independent work.
• Very good German and English skills
• Teamplayer
