This position reports to
Local Business Area Manager
Your role and responsibilities
Develop and maintain Analytics effective sales strategy in Taiwan in order to improve ABB market penetration and realize growth aspirations in the assigned scope. Set, plan and ensure execution of Analytics sales strategy within Taiwan, to achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets for products, and services in a profitable way: order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, sales productivity, and customer satisfaction. Monitor proactively sales performance, ensuring development and implementation of correction actions to secure business growth when and where needed. Proactively lead, develop and coach the sales organization (sales specialists within scope) to exceed the sales targets through high performance. The work model for the role is: hybrid You will be mainly accountable for: • Anticipating and identifying the shortfalls in performance and takes appropriate remedial actions, proactively. • Identifying and evaluating new opportunities with existing and potential customers, determines plans for implementation, and allocates required resources. • Planning and executing customer surveys and acts on the survey results to ensure high level of customer satisfaction. • Participating in the negotiation of key contracts.

- Good knowledge in various analyzers including GC,CGA,FTIR, Laser and water analyzer
