What will you be doing?

To prepare, support and report upon cost/commercial functions within the Contract in accordance with company procedures and as required by senior team members. To provide a comprehensive cost/commercial support role within the project for all EP&C components and any Operations support. To provide comprehensive cost reports and analysis of data and recommend corrective action accordingly. To provide invoice co-ordination and submissions.

Focus areas

  • Accurately check, code & process 3rd party invoices for approval.
  • Review & Analysis of Manhours for submission to SPAs including Time-writing support/entry as required by the project
  • Prepare backup for submission for approval for Service Entry Sheets
  • Submission of Service Entry Sheets to client
  • General commercial administration to provide support to internal customers
  • Provide timely responses to any client invoice queries
  • Any other activities as required to provide support to Line Manager/Project Controls Manager.
  • Adhere to the strict project reporting calendar and criteria.


Additional Scope

  • Complete the creation of invoices & supporting documentation to the client.
  • Assist in the preparation of input to Project Budgets & Forecasts.
  • Input to forecasting sensitivity checks.
  • Create and maintain cash flow and commitment forecasts.
  • Assist in financial corporate reporting.
  • Assist in the preparation of accruals, understand and apply accruals as part of monthly reporting figures.
  • Note: depending on project size and complexity only some of these roles may be allocated as part of daily routines.
