Production Operator – 12 month contract – Based Leicester
 

• Chance to convert to Permanent role after 12-month period for the right candidate
• Fully paid training for J-STD soldering (Internationally recognised standard)
• Training on use of engineering drawings
• Development can lead to further training on testing of assembled parts

Responsibilities:
 

• Assembling electro-mechanical parts including pressure sensors
• J-STD soldering- IPC certified  
• Direct supervision, with results frequently reviewed
• Patterned manual actions, dexterity and thought required, with little deviation expected or allowed ·
• Following specific directions / assembly instructions
• Basic technical skills and knowledge
• Well-defined routine and/or repetitive tasks
• Limited prior training and/or experience required
• Interaction with external customers and/or vendors
