GAS SYSTEMS CREW LEADER I (LNG)

Salary Range: $60,694.40 - $94,057.60

Anticipated Hiring Range: $60,694.40 - 77,376.00

Position available for person to perform supervisory and technical duties to ensure safe reliable gas service to GUC's residential, commercial, and industrial customers by operating and maintaining GUC's High Pressure Metering Facilities. Performs service and maintenance on gas services and metering facilities as well as more complex work in correcting, regulating, adjusting, and repairing gas regulators, relief valves, and meters; repairs leaks on ruptured or leaking gas facilities; performs work in the testing, calibrating, troubleshooting, and repairing of transmitters and other SCADA equipment; assists other Gas crews in operating and maintaining GUC's Compressed Natural Gas Refueling Facility, and Liquified Natural Gas Peak Shaving Facility by following US DOT Federal Regulations and GUC policies and procedures.

Anticipated Work Schedule is Monday - Thursday 7:00 am to 5:30 pm (10-hour shifts).

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Six months/one year of advanced study or training past high school equivalency
  • 5 years or greater of gas pipeline, service work, LNG plant operation or other relative experience
  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License
  • Qualified candidate must comply with U.S. DOT Federal Regulations Parts 192, 193 and 199

This is a DOT-regulated position and is subject to random drug and alcohol testing per DOT guidelines.
