Your role and responsibilities

Join the Lean Challenge, an intensive, accelerated development program where you'll apply Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies while developing key skills for your career. Lead a real Continuous Improvement project in a manufacturing environment. Receive specialized training in Lean & CI methodologies. Work in teams to solve industry challenges. Present weekly updates to ABB managers. Compete locally and internationally with top talents from Mexico, Puerto Rico, Brazil, and the U.S. Duration: 7 weeks ⏰ Full-time availability required: 6:30 AM - 4:06 PM Learn more about the project: https://shorturl.at/J8ECq

Qualifications for the role

• We are looking for innovative minds eager to grow. If you meet these requirements, this challenge is for you!
• ✅ Last three semesters of:
• Mechatronics, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Systems, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, Busi-ness Administration, Industrial Design, or related fields
• ✅ Advanced, fluent, and conversational English (spoken & written). All presentations are in English, including the international final.
• ✅ Strong communication and presentation skills
• ✅ Passion for Lean Manufacturing & process improvement
