Your role and responsibilities

The Assembly location assistant is responsible for supporting the organization, storage, and management of materials and spare parts within a warehouse. This role involves keeping the inventory up to date and managing the documentation related to spare parts, ensuring that all product movements are properly recorded. Main Responsibilities: 1. Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock levels are accurate and within the specified limits. 2. Manage and maintain documentation for spare parts, such as records of receipts, shipments, and orders, ensuring proper organization and filing. 3. Review and organize storage of products and spare parts, ensuring they are in good condition and properly labeled. 4. Control the flow of goods in and out of the warehouse, ensuring that orders are pro-cessed efficiently and on time. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that inventory and spare part needs are properly managed, helping to facilitate daily operations.

Qualifications for the role

• Knowledge of Inventory Management:
• Educational Background in logistics :
• Familiarity with Documentation and Record Keeping:
• experience working with Excel and SAP
• Fluent English
• At least 1 year of experience in related roles
