Your role and responsibilities
We will support you in the final phase of your bachelor or master's degree course. Compile your practically-oriented thesis with us, and seize the opportunity to gain insights into an international group. ABB will provide you with wide-ranging, professional and expert support to bring your thesis to a successful conclusion. The financial support we can offer includes a utilization bonus for your thesis The following tasks and responsibilities will be part of your role: • Development of an overview of applicable AI and/or ML methods for the optimized usage of ERP parameters. • Testing of at least one approach. • Evaluation of the results from the tested approaches. • Preparation of a proposal for implementation in the business process.

Qualifications for the role
- Studies in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Good knowledge of Statistics and/or Machine Learning
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage
- Proficiency in German and/or English, both written and spoken
- Creativity, strong communication skills, high motivation, and an independent working style
