This position reports to
Sales Operations Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to plan, direct, and monitor all activities in the warehouse. Each day, you will develop and manage warehouse operations to effectively control the receipt, storage, picking, and dispatch of products, systems, and services to customers. You will also showcase your expertise by proposing and managing the annual warehouse budget. You will be mainly accountable for: • Operating within the approved budget and managing the warehouse staff activities to optimize resource utilization and determines corrective actions for cost-related issues as necessary. • Improving warehouse operations using lean practices. • Planning and optimizing warehouse utilization and inventory. • Monitoring the storage, delivery, and dispatch of orders and keeping stock control systems up to date; and overseeing stock control and processing orders.

Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years in inventory management roles within manufacturing, retail, or distribution industries.
- Proficiency in tools such as SAP, Oracle, or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Advanced skills in Excel and familiarity with data analysis tools to forecast demand and manage stock levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address inventory discrepancies and optimize processes.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with suppliers, warehouse staff, and other departments across different regions.
