In the Service Department, our focus is to provide our clients with high quality and best possible production of their wind power plants. With our long-standing excellent track record and service experience globally, we work to ensure that we manage our clients' plants effectively to get the most out of each turbine while upholding to our commitment to safety standards.

Responsibilities
The Service Administrator provides general administration support to the site (Service Manager, Shift Lead, Site Supervisor and Offshore Service Technicians). You will:

• Provide administrative and secretarial assistance to Service Manager and Offshore site team
• Carry out the turbine related administration duties related to the daily operations of the windfarm
• Interfacing within Vestas on specific continuous improvement
• Maintaining a safe and efficient working environment
• Coordinate training plans

Qualifications

• Experience in similar position
• Full driver's license
• Proven knowledge, skills and experience in MS Office, (SAP or similar ERP-systems - nice to have)
• Knowledge of organizational processes and systems
• Fluent English

• Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
• Willingness to travel to other sites when required
• Ability to be efficient, keep tasks simple and ensure they are delivered
