- Manage the CAPEX project portfolio, prioritizing initiatives based on strategic, financial, and operational criteria.
- Lead portfolio planning and governance, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and approve investment projects.
- Monitor and report portfolio performance, including financial KPIs, timelines, costs, and quality.
- Develop and implement methodologies and tools for efficient project portfolio management.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure successful project execution.
- Manage the CAPEX budget, ensuring the optimized allocation of financial resources.
- Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency across all phases of the portfolio.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields (postgraduate or MBA is a plus).
- Proven experience in managing CAPEX project portfolios, preferably in industrial, infrastructure, or energy sectors.
- Deep knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, Scrum) and tools like Primavera, MS Project, or similar.
- Ability in financial and economic analysis of projects, including ROI, IRR, and payback calculations.
- Strong leadership and management skills for multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Advanced English.
