Job Description

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As an Applications Engineer, you will participate in pre- and post-sales HVACR technical support, which includes providing commissioning, installation, testing and maintenance services to customers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer technical support in the setup, configuring, troubleshooting and operating of products.
• Correctly applying the product portfolio.
• Provide necessary training to the sales group and customers on the features and proper use and application of product lines.
• Provide customer-specific programming and parameter settings for custom applications as needed.

Qualifications

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1+ year related experience.
• Excellent customer service skills, strong math and mechanical knowledge.
• Substantial knowledge of calculations required for correctly applying equipment and equipment integration.
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management software experience.

This is a hybrid role, working Monday through Thursday in the office with the option to work on Friday at home.

Compensation:

This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $80,000 - $95,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company's applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
