ABOUT THE ROLE

Work Schedule: This is a full-time heating and cooling position with a schedule from 8 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Saturday. You'll be on the move, solving heating and cooling issues and ensuring smooth operations across our service areas.

A Brief Role-Overview: As an HVAC Field Manager, your day starts with you checking in with your crew and hitting the road to tackle troubleshooting and technical challenges that come up in the field. You spend your time leading your team, ensuring quality customer service, and being the go-to expert for complex issues. If a problem arises, you're the one to handle it, making sure the job gets done right the first time.

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• Universal EPA certification and TDLR license
• Your own tools
