We are seeking a data-driven and strategic Director of Demand Generation to lead our marketing efforts and drive demand to support our sales team. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy to drive pipeline growth and revenue.
- Oversee demand generation campaigns, ABM (Account-Based Marketing), multi-channel marketing initiatives and events.
- Manage and mentor a team of demand generation marketers and sales development representatives (SDRs).
- Collaborate closely with sales, brand, product, and content teams to align messaging and optimize conversion rates.
- Analyze and optimize marketing performance metrics to ensure efficiency and ROI.
- Closely manage marketing automation tools and CRM integrations to ensure seamless execution and tracking of campaigns.
- Partner with the sales team to develop nurture strategies to improve sales conversion rates.
- Oversee paid media campaigns, SEO, email marketing, webinars, and content syndication programs.
- Experiment with new growth channels and innovative marketing strategies to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Ensure all demand generation efforts align with company brand and messaging.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing within the B2B tech industry.
- Proven experience leading and growing a marketing team, with a track record of coaching and developing talent.
- Strong background in managing SDR teams and driving alignment between marketing and sales.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot) and CRM systems (Salesforce).
- Deep understanding of inbound and outbound marketing strategies, including ABM, content marketing, and digital advertising.
- Data-driven mindset with expertise in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and similar platforms.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and strategic mindset.
- Experience in the cybersecurity industry is a strong plus.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, coming into the Boston office at least two days per week.
