Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide technical and business process/data advice to support ongoing operations and new software development. Each day, you will utilize your knowledge on systems, procedures, and emerging technologies. You will also showcase your expertise by overseeing the development, and validating the functionality, of the final product. The work model for the role is#LI #Onsite This role is contributing to the Electrification business in India. You will be mainly accountable for: • As a data scientist, you will get to experience end-to-end analytics projects from requirements gathering, designing architecture, machine learning modelling and model lifecycle management, combining both data science and data engineering techniques. • You will get to work with datasets from the enterprise datawarehouse, creating deployment pipelines, monitoring dataset scoring metrics. • You will get to synthetize complex results or processes into simple, clear visualizations, presentations, and communication of findings. • You will get to communicate with business to understand use cases and user stories to be implemented in project sprints, leading the requirements and implementation for projects, sometimes coordinating a small team of junior data scientists.

Qualifications for the role

• Masters or equivalent degree in Data Science, Statistics or Business Intelligence or related
• Proven track of handling business stakeholders requirements, leading the technical implementation of solid AI architectures end to end.
• Proven knowledge of Python, SQL and main machine learning concepts, libraries such as sklearn, pytorch/tensorflow is mandatory.
• Basic understanding of big data architectures - such as fundamentals of Hadoop and Spark is preferrable.
• Knowledge of Git is mandatory.
• Knowledge of BI visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau is mandatory
