Your role and responsibilities
• Drive the development of the product sales strategy, focusing on market-specific segments, ensuring alignment with the overall business goals. • Collaborate closely with regional sales teams to define marketing and sales targets, implement measurable actions, and monitor performance effectively. • Understand and analyze customer needs, channels, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth and enhance market penetration. • Actively participate in global sales enablement initiatives to optimize organizational effectiveness, while supporting product launches and customer engagement events. • Foster knowledge sharing across the organization, ensuring the adoption of marketing and sales best practices and lessons learned. The work model for the role is #hybrid Preferred locality for the position is within Europe

Your role and responsibilities
• Drive the development of the product sales strategy, focusing on market-specific segments, ensuring alignment with the overall business goals. • Collaborate closely with regional sales teams to define marketing and sales targets, implement measurable actions, and monitor performance effectively. • Understand and analyze customer needs, channels, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth and enhance market penetration. • Actively participate in global sales enablement initiatives to optimize organizational effectiveness, while supporting product launches and customer engagement events. • Foster knowledge sharing across the organization, ensuring the adoption of marketing and sales best practices and lessons learned. Qualifications for the role
- Engineering degree with good knowledge of excitation products and systems
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with channel partners, particularly in indirect sales or OEM collaboration.
- Proficient in understanding the sales mindset, with a demonstrated ability to establish and nurture strong customer and partner relationships.
- Comprehensive knowledge of market development, strategic planning, and product sales.
- Excellent English communication skills, with a minimum proficiency level of C1.
- Analytical mindset, collaborative approach, and proven ability to work effectively within a global matrix organization.
