JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Business Service Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and upkeep across all company premises, including offices, production sites, and employee welfare areas. This role is crucial to ensuring a clean and safe environment for all employees and visitors.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep across all premises, including offices, production sites, and employee welfare areas.
• Manage waste disposal, ensuring proper recycling and trash handling.
• Conduct routine checks
• Conduct rotational deep cleaning of designated spaces.
• Monitor and restock inventory and consumables as needed.
• Ensure kitchens and restrooms are well-stocked with essential supplies like toiletries, snacks, coffee, tea, and other consumables.
• Perform specialized cleaning in laboratory areas (full training provided).
• Report any safety hazards, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations, and clear emergency exits.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

• A good understanding of English is required. Knowledge of Danish or Portuguese is beneficial.
• Proficiency in using cleaning equipment and knowledge of safety precautions while operating them.
• Prior experience in, cleaning; roles like Industrial cleaner would be preferable.
• Must be able to carry out a physical workload in different facility environments.
• Willing to work evenings as required by roster. Some weekends are involved.
• Willingness to learn cleaning procedures and undertake internal training where required.
• Driving license is beneficial.
• Must have the right to live and work in Denmark.
