Reports to: Vice President of Demand Generation
Job Overview:
As a pivotal leader in the Revenue Marketing team at OMNIA Partners, the Demand Generation Director is tasked with orchestrating and overseeing multi-channel demand generation campaigns. This role involves strategic planning, execution, and analysis to drive inbound leads and enhance the sales pipeline. Collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams, the Director will lead initiatives to foster new customer acquisition and revenue growth within our existing customer base.

- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive demand generation strategies that align with the company's goals.
- Campaign Development: Lead the design and execution of targeted GTM campaigns to drive both new customer acquisition and cross-sell opportunities.
- Content Strategy Oversight: Oversee a robust content marketing strategy that establishes OMNIA Partners as a thought leader, building industry specific content hubs while producing and distributing content across various channels.
- Account-Based Marketing: Spearhead ABM campaigns targeting key high-value customers in specified verticals.
- Customer Insights: Regularly interact with sales teams and customers to gather insights that inform tailored marketing content and strategies.
- Agency Partnership: Provide direction for external agencies, including content producers and design firms, to support demand generation efforts.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign effectiveness to optimize ROI and inform future marketing strategies.
- Innovation and Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to enhance marketing efforts.
Training/Skills/Experience:
- Minimum of 8+ years in marketing, with extensive experience in strategic planning, content marketing, event marketing, and email marketing.
- Proven leadership in managing comprehensive marketing strategies and teams.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision making.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and present complex marketing strategies and campaign results to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Experienced in CRM and Marketing Automation platforms (Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud preferred) and ABM platforms (Demandbase experience a plus).
- Capable of working collaboratively with sales and operations teams, ensuring marketing strategies are aligned with organizational goals.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
