Associate Director, Demand Generation

Reports to: Vice President of Demand Generation

Job Overview:

This role is responsible for designing, executing and analyzing results for multi-channel demand generation campaigns across OMNIA Partners. As a key member of the Revenue Marketing team, the Demand Generation Associate Director will work with sales and marketing peers to drive inbound leads and sales pipeline.

The ideal candidate will have a range of experience in B2B marketing functions, including content marketing, event activation, and email marketing.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Revenue Growth: Design and execute targeted campaigns that drive new customer acquisition as well as revenue growth within our existing customer base.
  • Content Marketing: Help manage a comprehensive content marketing strategy for the company that builds our reputation as a thought-leader and trusted partner to CFOs and Procurement teams. Produce and distribute content across multiple channels in support of the strategy.
  • Event Marketing Execution: Responsible for the hands-on management and execution of event marketing initiatives including pre and post-show communication, lead capture and presentation coordination and submission.
  • Marketing Automation & Nurture Campaigns: Lead the development and management of marketing automation strategies to build and optimize ongoing nurture campaigns.
  • Know the Customer: Engage regularly with sales and our customers to understand their wants, needs and expectations. Use those insights to build relevant and engaging marketing content.
  • Agency Coordination: Work with multiple outside service providers including content producers and design firms to support demand gen campaigns.
  • ROI Analysis: Track campaign results to continually improve marketing and sales investments.
  • Innovation: Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to inform and inspire your campaigns.

Training/Skills/Experience:
  • 5+ years in marketing, ideally in a range of disciplines including content marketing, media production, marketing automation, and related functions.
  • Analytical and math-oriented marketer - ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven marketing decisions.
  • Experience working in CRM and Marketing Automation platforms to execute campaigns (Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud experience is a plus)
  • Experience working directly with sales and operations teams to execute marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to craft powerful content and ensure consistency of message across all channels.

Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business or related field

Location:

This role will be based at our Franklin, TN office. Candidates must be willing to relocate to the Nashville area.
