What are you going to do

You will work closely with the Finance and Operations Team to ensure accurate financial reporting, drive performance improvements and support the day-to-day financial activities. • Prepare and analyse monthly financial reports including profit and loss statements and balance sheets
• Collaborate with Senior Management to provide financial insights and recommendations for performance improvements
• Manage pricing analyses for commercial contracts and support profitability strategies
• Oversee billing processes to ensure accurate invoicing and timely collections
• Monitor inventory and assist with procurement processes to maintain financial accuracy
• Contribute to the preparation of financial statements and support tax compliance
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and support internal audits

Essential skills and knowledge

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance OR a related field - CPA will be preferable
• Previous experience in Finance OR Accounting, preferably within the industrial or manufacturing sectors
• Expertise in understanding of financial reporting principles (GAAP) and proficiency in Accounting software systems and MS Excel
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on detail and process optimisation
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey financial data
• A proactive, team-oriented approach with a drive for continuous improvement
