- Prepare and analyse monthly financial reports including profit and loss statements and balance sheets
- Collaborate with Senior Management to provide financial insights and recommendations for performance improvements
- Manage pricing analyses for commercial contracts and support profitability strategies
- Oversee billing processes to ensure accurate invoicing and timely collections
- Monitor inventory and assist with procurement processes to maintain financial accuracy
- Contribute to the preparation of financial statements and support tax compliance
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and support internal audits
Essential skills and knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance OR a related field - CPA will be preferable
- Previous experience in Finance OR Accounting, preferably within the industrial or manufacturing sectors
- Expertise in understanding of financial reporting principles (GAAP) and proficiency in Accounting software systems and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on detail and process optimisation
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey financial data
- A proactive, team-oriented approach with a drive for continuous improvement
