Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will oversee the delivery of Service projects and ABB Customer Care Agreements within North America Hoisting Service our customer are largely in Canada and in some cases in the USA and Mexico. The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite This role is contributing to the Process Automation business unit in Merida. You will be mainly accountable for: • Managing the development of customer service order planning documents • Monitoring customer service orders to ensure best practices in cost control, resource efficiency and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) • Analyzing and addressing project risks, and regularly disseminating lessons learned • Working with other functions to coordinate contract negotiations and claims with customers • Prepare quotes and implement contract changes based on customer requests. • Achieving service order deliverables and compliance with contract requirements • Coordinate project team effort including engineering, testing, site work activities and sub-contractors. Review status, monitor, analyze and report on contract performance.

Qualifications for the role
- At minimum of five (5) years of experience managing industrial control systems and electrical apparatus projects.
- Experience in industrial and/or utilities markets is required.
- Demonstrated experience in management of project scope, cost, financial analysis, schedules and vendors/subcontractors.
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or similar Engineering
- Project Management PMP designation is desired.
- Fluent in English. French communication skills as an asset.
- Strong computer skills - SAP or other ERP, Microsoft Suite including; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project.
