This position reports to

General Accounting Team Leader for E-mobility

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide accounting, reporting, and consolidation expertise. Each day, you will support in accounting and reporting matters for E-Mobility division through resolution of accounting and reporting questions, financial statement preparation and review follow-up on accounting issues. The work model for the role is: hybrid You will be mainly accountable for: • Executing complex accounting and reporting tasks to meet KPIs and deliver relevant analytics for the E-mobility Division • Preparing detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and commentaries • Performing balance sheet and daily treasury reconciliations • Supporting less experienced team members in their daily activities, acting as control performer for assigned General Accounting areas • Supporting with Local Statutory Accounting for E-mobiliy Countries • Ensuring compliance with internal controls and ABB E-mobility policies • Continuous improvement and standardization of accounting processes, participating in General Accounting-related projects

Qualifications for the role

• You have extensive experience in General Ledger accounting processes
• You are highly skilled MS Excel, prior experience with SAP S4Hanna will be an asset
• You are passionate about continuous improvement and process standardization projects
• Effective problem identification and solution skills
• Great communication, high sense of ownership and can-do attitude
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and confidence in information produced
• Degree in accounting or other relevant
• You are at ease communicating in English
