This position reports to
Manager, Modernization Services
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and fostering strong customer relationships within your area, focusing on delivering innovative solutions and contributing to business growth. You will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to meet sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction. The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the Low Voltage AC Drives Modernization Team across Asia Region. The main stakeholders are Service Supply Unit in Finland for Motion Service Division. • Developing and following sales plans for your area with Local Service Units (LSUs) to meet or exceed targets, including forecasting, reviewing key projects, and managing quotations. • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships by visiting regularly, communicating proactively, and solving problems effectively. • Focusing on increasing profitable orders and improving installed base coverage by providing tailored solutions and services. • Collaborating with internal teams, such as sales support, marketing, R&D, and product management, to meet customer needs and offer feedback for product improvements. • Ensuring smooth delivery of projects and services and addressing any post-sale issues to maintain customer satisfaction.

Qualifications for the role
- You are highly skilled in sales support and relationship management, preferably in a technical or engineering industry.
- Ability to demonstrate your analytical and strategic thinking skills to create and implement effective sales plans.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- You are at ease communicating in English.
- Willingness to travel regularly to meet customers and support sales activities.
