Your role and responsibilities

Health & Safety - Maintains a culture for safety. Ensures a safe working environment, and continuous improvement in HSE process and integrity performance. Personally, lives the ABB values and Group standards. Responsibilities - Fulfils fiduciary responsibilities on behalf of the local legal entities and the respective local division as well as for other aspects like integrity and HSE according to ABB practice. Ensures and actively supports the introduction and maintenance of all applicable requirements of the ABB Way as well as corporate measures, affecting the country. Responsible for compliance with all applicable local fiduciary requirements. Collaboration - Ensures collaboration between businesses is effectively executed where appropriate in order to be consistent with ABB Way. Encourages collaboration and talent moves amongst local organization across functions. Representation - Represents IAMA Division locally, or organizes representation by another local leader / expert (focusing on external representation, including for e.g. representation in associations, government relations) and actively manages partnerships and external stakeholders, when of significant importance for local division. Governance - Establishes and maintains a local governance in line with legal requirements. People, Leadership & Development - Guides, motivates and develops direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies, for the benefit of both ABB and the employee.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering -
• Electronics, or Instrumentation, up to Master of Science in Engineering (electrical/automation)
• Potentially post-graduate commercial Engineering
• Senior professional 15+ years' experience with relevant player
• Industry experience gas/liquid analysis
• Industry experience Oil & Gas / Petrochem
• Line management experience / indirect team management
• Job function: Sales, Product management
• Essential requirements, must have:-
• Result driven
• Capable to switch between operational & strategic level
• Preferred requirements, nice to have:-
• Arabic speaking
• Experience in Saudi Markets
• English communication must be on high level
