This position reports to
Regional sales manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have end-to-end responsibility for business activities, including operations, portfo-lio management, and commercial (sales & marketing) functions. You will be accountable for driving profitable business growth and achieving both short-term and long-term HUB growth and organiza-tional development targets. The work model for this role (onsite) This role is contributing to Process Automation Business Area based in Doha, Qatar. You will be mainly accountable for: • Implementing business strategy and ensuring business development in the operating unit, with full P&L responsibility. • Ensuring profitable business growth through performance targets and regular oversight. • Overseeing execution and delivery, aiming for best-in-class customer experience. • Driving productivity, delivery performance, and cost optimization. • Monitoring quality metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and oversee and implement new functional processes and tools, to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. • Ensuring (with HR Manager support) the area of responsibility is suitably organized, employee skill set are developed to suit local installation base requirements, by motivating and guiding within HR policies. • Leading the local division team, fostering a safe, healthy, performance-oriented, and inclusive culture. • Implementing and ensuring compliance with global and local standards, rules, tools, policies, and processes related to operations/project execution. • Driving marketing and sales, building long-term relationships with customers and partners. Manage performance and organizational development initiatives.

Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor's degree - Electrical, Process or Instrumentation Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant process automation experience industry within Process Analytical field.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
- Strong change management abilities.
- Significant experience in the Middle East region.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with Fluency in English and Arabic language pre-ferred.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and external contacts.
- Experience in developing future leaders and building high-performing teams.
- Commitment to health, safety, and continuous improvement in HSE processes
