As a Director - Human Resources at Honeywell, youwill play a critical role in supporting the HON(Honeywell) Human Resources functions. Youwill be responsible for providing strategic HR leadership andguidance to ensure the success of this function. This is a unique opportunityto make a significant impact on the organization by driving the development andimplementation of HR initiatives that support the overall business objectives.

You will report directly to our HON HR for HR Leader and you'll work out of ourcorporate headquarters in Charlotte, NC. This role will require a combinationof on-site and remote work.

Inthis role, you will have the opportunity to:
  • Partner with the HON HRC leadership team to developand execute HR strategies that align with business goals
  • Drive organizational effectiveness and changemanagement initiatives to support the growth and transformation of thefunction
  • Lead talent management and succession planning efforts toensure a strong pipeline of future leaders
  • Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on employee relations,performance management, and talent development
  • Collaborate with HR COEs and shared services to deliver HR programs andservices to the functions
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

YOU MUST HAVE

  • At least 8 years of experience in HRBP orHRG roles
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Change management and talent management expertise
  • Proven track record of driving organizational effectiveness andtalent development initiatives

THE BUSINESS UNIT
As the HR Senior Manager supporting the Corporate Human Resources function, youwill be a key partner in driving the success of these critical business units.Your expertise in HR strategy, talent management,and organizational effectiveness will be instrumental in supportingthe growth and transformation of these functions.
