Honeywellis hiring a Program Team Manager. This position will work out of ourFort Mill, SC on a Hybrid (3 days inoffice, 2 remote) work schedule. As a Program Team Manager Honeywell, you willplay a crucial role in leading and overseeing the successful execution ofcustomer programs. You will be responsible for managing and delivering customerprograms, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and driving program performance.Your strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and ability to drive resultswill be essential in contributing to the success of Honeywell's customerprograms.

In this comprehensive role, you will have a significant impact on strategicdirection, alignment, execution, performance monitoring, risk management,stakeholder engagement, decision support, innovation, communication, budgetmanagement, cross-functional collaboration, long-term sustainability,performance improvement, employee development, and competitive advantage. Youwill also serve as a liaison between the customer and cross-functional teams todeliver achievement to the project goals. This includes reviewing the status ofprojects and goal achievement, coordinating schedules, and delivering statusreports. You will assess project issues and develop resolutions to meetproductivity, quality, and customer satisfaction objectives. Additionally, youwill strive to deliver an outstanding customer experience (CX) and support thelong-term partnership with sustaining strategic accounts.

You will serve as a liaisonbetween the customer and cross-functional teams, coordinating schedules,reviewing project status, and delivering status reports. Your role will involveassessing project issues and developing resolutions to meet productivity,quality, and customer satisfaction objectives. Additionally, you will beresponsible for facilitating cross-functional team alignment, building customerrelationships, and creating and delivering status reports. Your focus will beon delivering an outstanding customer experience (CX) and supporting long-termpartnerships with strategic accounts. Through the SEA process, you will helpstructure bids, manage profitability, and build bid resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the execution of customer programs, managing and deliveringthem within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Ensure alignment of customer programs with strategic objectives and identifyand mitigate program risks and issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure programsuccess, providing leadership and guidance to program teams.
  • Monitor and report program performance metrics, striving to deliver anoutstanding customer experience (CX).
  • Manage day-to-day responsibilities of Program Team account management and SEAprocess, driving process documentation and improvement where required.
  • Facilitate cross-functional team alignment, create and deliver statusreports, and oversee the tracking and management of open order reports.
  • Responsible for preparing, analyzing, and reporting the P&L statement toassess financial performance and support strategic decision-making.

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • 5+ years of experience in a project/program managementrole, with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to workeffectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Proficient understanding of project management principles and best practices,as well as customer service.
  • Strong team and communication skills, with the ability to take initiative andwork with limited direction.
  • Ability to influence across a broader organization and adapt customer needsto an established reporting structure.
  • Solid Excel and reporting skills, with the ability to understand a P&Lstatement.
