In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Apply disciplinary actions to ensure compliance with schedules, RIT, rules, organization policies and Federal Labor Law
  • Terminate work relationships with workers before official authorities, when circumstances require it
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process for salaried, indirect, intern and operational employees according to the requisitions or vacancies by plant management.
  • Manage the Major Medical Expenses and Life Insurance policies
  • Management of documentation and updating of personnel files

  • Works out tough agreements and settles disputes equitably.
  • Picks up on situational cues and adjusts in the moment.


For This Role, You Will Need:

  • More than 4 years of experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of recruitment strategies, social networks and with external suppliers
  • Understanding of the federal labor law and internal regulations
  • Having worked with recruitment platforms
  • Experience with staff under your charge


Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Experience in all areas of Human Resources at least 1 year
