- Apply disciplinary actions to ensure compliance with schedules, RIT, rules, organization policies and Federal Labor Law
- Terminate work relationships with workers before official authorities, when circumstances require it
- Manage the recruitment and selection process for salaried, indirect, intern and operational employees according to the requisitions or vacancies by plant management.
- Manage the Major Medical Expenses and Life Insurance policies
- Management of documentation and updating of personnel files
Who You Are:

- Picks up on situational cues and adjusts in the moment.
For This Role, You Will Need:
- More than 4 years of experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of recruitment strategies, social networks and with external suppliers
- Understanding of the federal labor law and internal regulations
- Having worked with recruitment platforms
- Experience with staff under your charge
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Experience in all areas of Human Resources at least 1 year
