In October 2024, Honeywell announcedthe spin-off of our Advanced Materials business to become a stand-alonepublicly traded company, independent of Honeywell. Our intention is that thisrole, dedicated to the Advanced Materials business, will be a part of thisfuture transaction when the separation occurs.

The ISC Turnaround Manager will oversee and direct operations and be part ofoverseeing and directing operations for world-class integrated supply chainprojects. You will assess project issues and develop enhanced resolutions tomeet or exceed productivity, quality, and customers satisfaction goals andobjectives. You will develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and forintervention and problem solving with key stakeholders.

• Support Integrated Supply Chain sites
• Develop integration plans
• Track performance
• Lead Projects function
• Accomplish business objectives
• Balance stakeholder and customer expectation

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

YOU MUST HAVE

• 6+ years of turnaround leadership experience
• 6+ years of planning and scheduling data base experience (SAP, P6, etc..)
• 6+ years of turnaround budgeting experience

• Experience in managing multiple concurrent projects

• Professional in Microsoft Office
