Asthe Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Honeywell Thermal Solutions businessunit, you will hold a critical leadership position, responsible for developingand executing comprehensive financial strategies to drive the growth of thebusiness. In this role, you will partner closely with the Business Presidentand senior executives to identify opportunities for business expansion andoptimize operational efficiency. Your expertise in financial analysis andforecasting will be instrumental in developing strategies that align with theoverall business objectives and drive revenue growth. You will play a key rolein driving the financial success of the organization and ensuring long-termprofitability.

Youwill report directly to the CFO of the Smart Energy and Thermal Solutionsdivision and you will work out of our Houston, TX location on a hybrid workschedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Developing and executing comprehensive financial strategies to drive businessgrowth
• Partnering closely with the Business President and senior executives toidentify opportunities for business expansion
• Conducting financial analysis and forecasting to drive revenue growth andoptimize operational efficiency
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute businessplans aligned with overall business objectives
• Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators to track businessperformance and identify areas for improvement
• Providing insights and recommendations to drive long-term profitability andmitigate financial risks
• Leading and mentoring a team of finance professionals
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders,including senior leadership
• Preparing and presenting financial reports, forecasts, and strategic plans tosenior executives and the board of directors
• Driving financial performance, ensuring compliance with financialregulations, and optimizing resource allocation.

YOU MUST HAVE
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial finance or related roles
• Prior experience in a leadership or director-level role
• Proven track record of developing and executing strategies to drive businessgrowth
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent knowledge of financial principles and practices
• Proficiency in financial analysis software
• Ability to effectively lead and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
