Asa Sr Quality Systems Administrator here at Honeywell, you will play a criticalrole in ensuring the quality and compliance of our systems and processes. Youwill be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our quality managementsystems, ensuring they align with industry standards and regulatoryrequirements. Your expertise in quality systems administration, attention todetail, and problem-solving capabilities will be essential in maintaining thehighest level of quality and compliance within our organization.

You will report directly to our Quality Systems Manager and you'll work out ofour Baton Rouge, LA location.

In this role, you will impact the overall quality and compliance of ouroperations, ensuring that our systems and processes meet the highest standards.You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas forimprovement and implement effective solutions to enhance our quality managementsystems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee and optimize the quality management systems to ensure compliancewith industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas forimprovement and implement effective solutions.
• Conduct audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standardsand regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including standard operatingprocedures and work instructions.
• Provide training and support to employees on quality management systemsand processes.

In October 2024, Honeywell announcedthe spin-off of our Advanced Materials business to become a stand-alonepublicly traded company, independent of Honeywell. Our intention is that thisrole, dedicated to the Advanced Materials business, will be a part of thisfuture transaction when the separation occurs.

YOU MUST HAVE
  • 5+ years of experience in quality systems administration or a relatedfield.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and regulatoryrequirements.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities and organizationalskills

WE VALUE
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience in the energy or manufacturing industry.
  • Quality management certifications (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Auditor,Certified Quality Engineer).
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles.
  • Experience with auditing and inspection processes.
  • Experience with ISO 9001 & CGMP
  • Experience with document control systems
  • Quick response and proactive mindset to drive results
  • Ability to lead/drive change, and influence/mentor others
  • SAP experience
