The Role:
As the Senior Product Portfolio Manager, you will beresponsible for overseeing the strategic management and development of ourworkforce excellence portfolio.
This portfolio provides customers with solutions to thechanges and challenges that the industrial organizations experience, as thepace of digital transformation accelerates to prepare every worker to be partof this transition, aid them to acquire new competencies and skills to buildresilience, boost productivity, and provide attractive careers for the nextgeneration.
This role requires a seasoned professional with a strongblend of leadership, strategic vision, and operational expertise to drivegrowth, profitability, and innovation across this product line.

Key Responsibilities:
Portfolio Strategy Development: Develop and implement acomprehensive product portfolio strategy aligned with the company's businessobjectives and market opportunities. Conduct market analysis, competitiveassessments, and customer segmentation to identify portfolio gaps, opportunities,and trends. Define and prioritize portfolio investments based on strategic fit,market potential, and financial viability.
Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle fromideation through to end-of-life decisions, ensuring alignment with market needsand company goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D,marketing, sales, and finance to define product roadmaps and ensure timelyexecution of portfolio initiatives. Drive product innovation, differentiation,and continuous improvement efforts to maintain competitive advantage.
Financial and Business Performance: Establish and monitor keyperformance indicators (KPIs) for the product portfolio, including revenuegrowth, profitability, market share, and return on investment (ROI). Conductfinancial analysis, forecasting, and budget management to optimize portfolioperformance and resource allocation. Make data-driven decisions andrecommendations for resource allocation, portfolio prioritization, andinvestment strategies.
Stakeholder Management: Act as a strategic advisor to executiveleadership and senior management on portfolio strategy, performance, and markettrends. Present portfolio strategies, business cases, and performance updatesto key stakeholders, including board of directors and investors. Foster strongrelationships and collaboration with internal stakeholders and externalpartners to drive portfolio success.
Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor a team of productmanagers and portfolio analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and professionaldevelopment opportunities. Cultivate a culture of innovation, accountability,and collaboration within the product portfolio management team. Foster ahigh-performance team environment focused on achieving business goals anddelivering exceptional results.

Ideal Candidate Experience:
- Proven experience (typically 10+ years) in product management, portfolio management, or related roles, with significant experience in leadership positions.
- Background in industrial workforce competency (rescale, upscale, faster onboarding, etc. of the industrial worker).
- Understanding of today's and tomorrow's industrial organizations' workforce challenges and solutions available and needed in the marketplace.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market trends and customer insights into actionable portfolio strategies.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex product portfolios, driving growth, and delivering financial results.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in product lifecycle management (PLM) tools, financial analysis, and portfolio optimization strategies.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving collaboration across multiple departments

YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 10 years of expertise in managing a portfolio of products, projects, and investments.
- 5+ years' experience in the process industries
- Proven track record in portfolio performance management and lifecycle management.

- Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or related field
- Understanding of today's and tomorrow's industrial organizations' workforce challenges and solutions available and needed in the marketplace
- Knowledge of the industrial organization worker field through assignments/experience in field service, site operations, industrial training or similar.
