Welder III (Offshore)
Job Purpose
Job Responsibilities
Perform welding of complex structural units and pipelines of various steels, non-ferrous metals and alloys.
Perform welding of complex construction and technological structures operating under dynamic and vibration loads, and structures of complex configuration.
Perform welding of metal pipeline assemblies operating under high pressure.
Perform welding in all spatial positions of the weld.
Perform surfacing of defects of various parts, assemblies, mechanisms and structures.
Use angle grinders and other electric tools necessary for performing the job.
Perform preparatory and assembly operations prior to welding and cleaning of welds after welding.
Check operability and serviceability of welding equipment, adjustment of welding equipment taking into account features of its specialized functions (capability).
Remove the outer metal defects (pores, slag inclusions, undercuts, rolls, etc., except cracks).

- Maintenance, repair and manufacture of metal structures and metal piping assemblies. Joining of metal parts, filling of seams and holes in metal parts according to drawings and specifications.

Education
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Education at the level of high standards in the specialty of a welder/fabricator with at least 5-year experience in fabrication of pipelines and structures.
- Valid G6 welder certificate.
- Welder diploma / certificate.
