As an Inventory control assistant here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for providing warehouse support and repair services to our customers. You will play a crucialrole in ensuring the timely and efficient resolution of customer issues,maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Your expertise introubleshooting and repairing equipment will be essential in deliveringexceptional service to our clients. You will report directly to our Service& Repair Manager, and you'll work out of our designated service center inApodaca, Nuevo Leon. This position requires you to work on-site. In this role,you will impact our organization by: - Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipmentissues - Conducting repairs and maintenance on customer equipment - Providingtechnical support to customers via phone or email - Collaborating with cross-functionalteams to resolve complex issues - Ensuring compliance with safety and qualitystandards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimumof 1-2 years of experience in equipment warehouse

• Excellent problem-solvingand troubleshooting abilities

• Strong attention to detail and ability to workindependently

• Proficiency in using inventory management software and tools(SAP & Excell).
