As an Intern in our Future IT Leaders program you will befully integrated into day-to-day operations of a team focused on the area of ITthat aligns with your knowledge, skills, interests, goals, and overall careerobjectives. You will be working assignments with real business impact, learninghow to leverage contemporary technologies to attain business results, gainingrelevant work experience, interacting with multiple IT stakeholders includingIT leadership, and building your knowledge of how to be successful inHoneywell's complex work environment.

Additionally, you will join our communityof diverse, early-career, IT professionals and former interns who will sharetheir experiences, offer guidance, and provide mentorship throughout thesummer. Interns gain a variety of skills and experience by working onindividual assignments and one group project. During the group project, internswill collaborate on a project to be presented to leadership at the end of thesummer. In addition to the projects, the internship will provide ampleopportunities for networking, professional development, skill building, andfun!

Position Overview:

• Meet with decision makers, system owners, and end-usersto define business requirements.
• Conduct research on software products and solutions to make quality ITrecommendations.
• Participate in design sessions, prototyping solutions for enhancing ITbusiness processes.

You Must Have:

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Recent Graduate in Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science/ Analytics, Statistics
• User Experience Design, or a similar field of study
• English proficiency.
• Must attain a bachelor's degree between December 2025 and June 2026
• RFC
• Availability to cover a full time schedule Monday through Friday.
