Key Responsibilities:
- Project Supply Chain follow up
- Work closely with customers and internal project teams to align schedules and priorities.
- Monitor engineering, planning, factory build, and ship dates for priority projects. Establish mechanisms to capture and address gaps to ensure on-time delivery.
- Establish priorities throughout to the build process to ensure positive outcomes.
- Lead strategic initiatives to prebuild, store, and sequence delivery for top projects. Create sustainable processes and tools to ensure effectiveness.
- Create methodology, tools, and reports to set, monitor adjust priorities with internal stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery of material for priority projects
- Create Standards and tools Setting, Alignment, Monitoring, and Reporting
- Act as a customer advocate internally to ensure positive outcomes
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of Supply Chain or Operations management experience
- Minimum 5 years of Factory / Plant management experience

- Advanced degree or MBA
- Lead Six Sigma certification
- Proven track record of establishing procedures, best practices and associated compliance
- Experience with Oracle MRP systems and production planning
- Willingness to raise standards each year to drive organizational excellence
- Ability to make sound and timely judgments in ambiguous environment
- Experience of managing multiple projects
