Key Responsibilities

• Leadand manage the Chihuahua's operations, ensuring the achievement of businessobjectives and targets.
• Deliver the safety, quality, delivery, inventory and productivity for siteto ensure customer satisfaction and enable growth.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, includingcustomers, partners, suppliers and government agencies.
• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of managers and employees.
• Be part of the Great LATAM team and support VP ISC LATAM in executing allMexico ISC priorities.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimumof 8 years of experience in a similar scope role.
• Lean transformation experience and understanding of lean principles with aproven track record of changing culture and getting results with processsimplification.
• Proven track record of successfully managing site operations.
• Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and achieve targets.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and employees.
