Master the activities related to the purchase ofmaterial, material planning, production planning, inventorycontrol, shipping/receiving and stores functions within HoneywellAerospace. You are the partner in developing STRAP and will have thoroughunderstanding of multiple work streams, develop, and measurably improve theprocesses of material management. You will provide guidanceand coaching to direct and/or indirect reports. You are to leadcomplex, global, project teams within the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Tempe Repair and Overhaul Materials Team.
  • Optimize Material management procedures.
  • Ownership and Improvement of Operating System Maturity.
  • Monitor material plans in alignment with demand and financial requirements.
  • Manage coordination of recovery plans between procurement and the production schedule.
  • Engaged in SIOP process / key focus on inventory management.
  • Develop talent on the team.
  • Health, Safety, and Environment compliance.
  • Deliver on ISC and GBE business objectives.
  • Lead team to deliver on KPIs.

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws andregulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or haveasylum or refugee status in the U.S.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 10+ years' experience in Planning or Materials Management within a manufacturing environment.
  • 5+ years of Integrated Supply Chain experience, and/or Customer experience, and/or project management experience.

WE VALUE

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree.
  • Significant experience in managerial role.
  • SIOP experience.
  • Capacity planning.
  • Strong experience in project management and problem-solving skill.
  • Expert within material control system such as MRP/SAP systems.
  • Expertise across professional disciplines within material management function.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with all levels of the organization.
  • Mentor new leaders or peers.
  • Significant experience in materials management.
