Field Service Engineer

Changi, Singapore

Support the development of on-site installation, servicing and repair processes of complex equipment and systems. You will provide technical presentations to an audience of customers, other industry peers and competitors. You will support revision and correction of work instructions and customer-facing training guides used by field installation specialists. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives in the processes related to field services and product development. You will support cross-functional groups to quickly fix any administrative difficulties relating to delivery and installation of proper equipment. You will act as an escalation point for Field Service Specialists, Service Engineers, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Field service and Calibration of PMC products (70% of time at sites)
  • Provide technical support for end users on products and systems on PMC products,
  • Management of customer interface and project commercials for PMC projects and service
  • PMC Tank Gauging products including hardware and software o PMC Fluid Loading/Blending/Injection/Calibration products o PMC portable level / temperature Tank systems products o Other peripheral PMC related products and Solutions
  • Management of customer interface and project commercials for PMC projects and service
  • Project Management, project execution and Commissioning of PMC products/systems.
  • Produce technical documents on the use of PMC systems
  • Produce part or part(s)/total of conceptual, functional detailed design specifications.
  • Execute service or implementation work assignments to appropriate standards and quality systems.
  • Execute Test work assignments to appropriate standards and quality systems.
  • Executes Documentation work assignments to appropriate standards and quality systems
