We are seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to join our Honeywell team in Brno.

In this role, you will be providing Financial, Analytical and Internal Controls support to dedicated functions and/or businesses within the HTS EMEA organisation. Key responsibilities:

• Financial Planning and Analyses
• AOP, Forecasts, Short Range Outlooks for dedicated functions and/or businesses preparation, communication, presentation to relevant stakeholders
• Monthly Actual performance analyses (Operating Income, Charge-out, Costs, Capex, Census, Productivity)
• Cooperation on HTS EMEA reporting consolidation activities
• Business Support
• Day-to-day Financial support for dedicated functions and/or businesses, adhoc requests and analyses
• R&D Tax Allowance claim support
• Driving Financial performance results, continuous improvement, process culture
• Month-End and Year-End Closing Activities for dedicated functions and/or businesses
• Internal Controls / Controllership
• Ambassador for US GAAP, CZ GAAP compliance in any activity where involved
• Balance Sheet performance support
• Others / Specifics
• HPD Goals delivery
• Career Development plan related activities
• Initiatives identified and supported by manager in line with the overall HTS EMEA strategy, SDP
• HOS tools utilization (MOS, Standard work, SOP, Kaizen)

Key Experience & Capabilities:

• Bachelor/Master degree in Accounting/Finance
• 1-3 years of experience in Finance analytical roles in international companies
• Finance / Tax / Accounting (both US and CZ GAAP). No formal certification required
• English language at upper intermediate level, other languages advantage
• Relevant tools: MS office at upper intermediate level and SAP system knowledge
