Aboutthe Role:

We areseeking a highly skilled ERP CRM Data Specialist to join our Operationsteam. This role is pivotal in optimizing business processes, data integrity,and reporting through SAP ERP and Salesforce CRM. The idealcandidate will bridge the gap between technology and business operations,ensuring seamless data flow, system integrations, and actionable insights thatdrive operational efficiency.

KeyResponsibilities:

• SAP ERP& Salesforce CRM Management
• Administer, customize, and optimize SAP ERP modules to enhance operational workflows
• Oversee Salesforce CRM administration, including user management, automation, and system improvements
• Ensure seamless data integration between SAP, Salesforce, and other business systems
• Data Analytics & Reporting
• Analyze, interpret, and maintain high-quality data to drive business decisions
• Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and KPIs using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Salesforce Reports

WhatWe're Looking For?

TechnicalExpertise:

• Proven experience with SAP ERP (preferably in modules like SD, MM, or FI)
• Salesforce CRM administration experience, including report creation and workflow automation
• Strong understanding of data management, integrations, and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar)

Soft Skills & Work Style:

• Analytical mindset with the ability to transform data into insights
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to system improvements
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred(Nice-to-Have) Experience:

• Knowledge of fire safety or building automation systems
• Certifications in SAP ERP or Salesforce (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator)
• Project management experience involving ERP or CRM system enhancements
