You will anticipate and mitigatepotential legal problems within the organization and develop strategies toavoid costly litigation and reduce potential areas of risk.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft Licensing Agreements, Engineering Agreements, Guarantee Agreements, Alliance Agreements, Equipment Sales Agreements, Collaboration Agreements, Distributorship Agreements and Sales and Purchase of Products Agreements.
- Provide strategic legal advice to internal stakeholders to help sell new products and offerings.
- Negotiate agreements with external customers.
- Settle customer disputes.
- Provide compliance trainings and guidance on antibribery/anticorruption, sanctions, export controls, and competition law.
- Interpret new laws and regulations and their impacts on the business.
- Support day to day Corporate Compliance activities.
- Perform due diligence work related to mergers, acquisitions and other strategic investments.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
- 5+ years of law firm or in-house experience.
- Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish.

- Energy sector experience or construction/EPC experience preferred.
- Significant experience in litigation and commercial contracting.
