ProgramControls Specialist III
Position Description:
As amember of a program team, the analyst assists internal customers in thedevelopment of program plans and the creation of program cost and schedulebaselines on larger programs or projects with one or more sites CustomerBusiness Teams (CBTs). The analyst analyzes program performance in accordancewith Earned Value Management (EVM) standards and prepares reports to internaland external customers.
Skill:
Leadsdirect communication and networking with global team members, customers andagencies on routine matters. Ability to interact at all levels of theorganization both verbally and written. Effectively communicates to influenceand create a sense of ownership and buy in among team members andleadership. Develop program plans, ensure cost and scheduleintegration and EAC management on larger programs or projects with one or moresites and/or as part of a larger team using effective time management skills. Broad knowledge and experience with program management processes (cost,schedule technical controls, baseline development, assigning-time phasedresources & budgets to work scope, performance measurement, etc.).
Competency:
Develop and support programbaseline and execution, Establish & effectively communicate with globalteam members & IPT, Progresses through required training and appliesstandard practices and improvements, Apply EVM knowledge and procedures toprogram team and normal working conditions. Physical and/or mental work in anenvironment where international standards of safety apply, english required
Education:
Bachelor'sdegree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Accounting or related field. 4years business related experience schedule and EVM related experience.
