As a Campaign Sales Principal here at Honeywell Aerospace,you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding marketshare for our Aero business unit. Your responsibilities will include developingand executing strategic sales campaigns, building strong relationships with keycustomers, and driving customer engagement and loyalty. Your expertise insales, campaign management, and customer relationship management will directlyimpact the success of our Aero business unit.

You will report directly to our Sales Excellence Director and you'll work outof our Mexicali location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will have a significant impact on the company. By developingand executing strategic sales campaigns, you will drive revenue growth andexpand market share for our Aero business unit. Your ability to build strongrelationships with key customers, identify new business opportunities, anddeliver value-added solutions will position Honeywell as a guide in theaerospace industry..

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales campaigns to drive revenue growth and expand market share for the Aero business unit.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understand their needs and align our solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product management, to develop targeted campaigns and deliver value-added solutions.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track customer interactions and optimize campaign performance.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales or campaign management, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilitiesired
