Experienced Technical Support Professional

We have an opportunity for an Experienced Technical Support Professional to join us at Honeywell in CAIRO, EGY. To be successful in this role, you need to have 3+ years of proven experience in technical support or a similar role and expertisein commercial security technologies and products: Access Control, CCTV andIntrusion products.

As an Experienced Technical Support Professional -Commercial Security at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to provideexpert technical facilitation to our customers in the Commercial Securitybusiness unit. You will be accountable for resolving complex technical issues,serving as a subject matter expert in commercial security technologies, anddelivering exceptional customer service. Your strong problem-solving skills andexcellent communication abilities will be crucial in ensuring customersatisfaction and driving business growth. You will report directly to ourTechnical Support Manager and you'll work out of our Cairo, Egypt officelocation. In this role, you will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction,team performance, and the success of our commercial security solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert technical support to customers, resolvingcomplex technical issues.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in commercial securitytechnologies and products.
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implementtechnical facilitation strategies.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, andprovide recommendations for improvement.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of technicalSupport processes and tools.
• Develop & maintain the Technical Support KnowledgeBase and Content on the Customer Portal.
• Conduct Technical Knowledge sharing Sessions for internaland external stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with keystakeholders, including customers and internal teams.

YOU MUST HAVE:

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in technical supportor a similar role
• Expertise in commercial security technologies and products.Access Control, CCTV and Intrusion products.
• Strong problem-solving and thoughtful abilities
• Excellent communication and people-oriented skills
• Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multipleprojects and tasks
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.French would be an added advantage.
• Expertise on Microsoft Windows, SQL and TCP/IP Networks.
• Experience in mentoring and guiding a team.
• Strong customer focus and dedication to customersatisfaction
