Are you ready to lead a dynamic team in revolutionizing OT cybersecurity? Honeywell's Cybersecurity Group is on the lookout for an experienced people team leader to spearhead the development of the backend infrastructure for our cutting-edge OT cybersecurity product suite.
About Us:
At Honeywell, we're not just developing products; we're crafting innovations that redefine the OT security landscape. With a focus on Python, C++, MongoDB and Cloud development, our backend team is at the forefront of enhancing and scaling applications to usher in the next era of cybersecurity.

Key responsibilities:

- Supervisor of 3 to 5 backend developers (deliveries, quality, process)

- Planning versions and sprints tasks assignments and manage their execution

- Participate and lead product features designs

- Interaction with others teams such as product management, QA, front-end, etc.

- Interaction with customers (both internal and external) with tasks related to customer issues, integration and POC projects

- Drive lesson learn and improvements processes

Key skills:

• 3+ years leading team/group of developers with responsibilities on the team deliveries.
• 2+ years of experience in python programming language.
• Working in large enterprises and/or corporate companies.
• Worked with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL).
• Worked with Docker, and cloud environment (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Worked with Linux-based environments, CLI, bash scripts, etc.
• Advantage: Knowledge of C++.
