About the Job
The Construction Manager- will lead the construction activities including planning and budgeting during preliminary development and routing, permitting, acquisition, construction bidding, and through the construction to completion. This position interfaces with the project group including estimating, scheduling, project management, project engineering, quality control, and cost control on a regular basis. This role is responsible for construction metrics identification and monthly and yearly performance associate with field construction and schedule compliance. You will be a self-motivated construction professional with a minimum of ten years experience in heavy industrial construction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Manage site logistics, including the delivery and storage of materials.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is being carried out according to plans and specifications.

About You

- Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, preferably in the energy sector.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- Masters degree in Construction Management or a related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., PMP, CCM).
- Experience with large-scale energy projects.
- Knowledge of sustainable construction practices.
