SHUTDOWN COORDINATOR

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Offshore Shutdown Coordinator.
  • Immediate availability.
  • Fluency in English is essential.

Missions:

  • Plan and coordinate all pre-shutdown and shutdown activities.
  • Work closely with the client's shutdown team, project, and construction management.
  • Ensure efficient implementation and execution of shutdown construction activities.
  • Communicate shutdown plans and priorities across teams.
  • Liaise with site maintenance teams regarding shutdown activities.
  • Monitor progress against the plan and highlight any concerns.
  • Provide accurate durations and manning requirements for overall shutdown activities.
  • Conduct regular site visits for shutdown construction surveys and audits.
  • Coordinate vendors and sub-contractors during pre-shutdown and shutdown periods.

Conditions:

  • Rotation: 5/5.
  • Duration: 6 months.
